So I contacted the company and asked them about this. They responded very quickly and over several emails told me that they could re-make the pillow for me and have it customized to my liking. They were willing to work with me to help me get the best pillow I could. I give their Derila Customer Reviews service alone 6 stars. Well I decided I would have to order another one for myself. I waited longer than I wanted to but I got busy and forgot. 2 are very flat and 2 look super poofy but fall flat as soon as you lay on them. Over the past month this has not helped my pain nor my sleeping issues. So I was browsing and came across this pillow. I remembered how much my husband loved it and I wanted to try It out. I also had an amazon gift card that needed to be spent!
